As our Digital Product Manager, you'll help us understand, measure and improve how data practitioners experience and use our platform. You'll play a hands-on role in product analytics, user research and performance management, turning complex data and user feedback into actionable insights that inform product decisions. You'll connect quantitative insights with qualitative feedback, identify patterns and opportunities, and help the team focus on the problems that matter most to users.
Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.

- Identify meaningful patterns and opportunities that guide product priorities
- Increase visibility of platform performance and user behaviour for teams and stakeholders
- Help establish a stronger evidence-based approach to product management within the Data Platform team
If you've worked in a role where you've used data and user insights to drive product improvements, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect quantitative evidence with qualitative feedback and turn both into decisions that create value for users.
Life on the team
You'll join the Data Platform team within Digital Technology. We build the capabilities that make data easier to ingest, transform and prepare for consumption, helping colleagues across the LEGO Group get more value from data. We work in cross-functional product teams with close collaboration between product, engineering and data practitioners. Our hybrid rhythm combines flexibility and autonomy with regular team touchpoints and shared priorities. You'll thrive by bringing analytical thinking, clear communication, collaboration, curiosity, adaptability and a focus on outcomes.
What success looks like
Success means developing a deep understanding of how a complex and evolving data platform is used and helping the team make informed decisions based on evidence. Over the next 12 to 18 months, the team will focus on simplifying the end-to-end data journey, scaling self-service ingestion and transformation, improving the developer experience and increasing adoption of the Databricks platform. You'll work together with the Data Platform Product Trio, other product managers and leaders, data practitioners and stakeholders across the wider organisation to help shape that progress.
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
