Junior Financial Projects Consultant

We're looking for motivated young professionals who are eager to build a career in finance and enjoy working in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or another related field.
- Experience in client accounting; exposure to controlling or project management is a strong advantage.
- At least 6 months of experience working with Hungarian GAAP (HU GAAP), other local GAAPs, or IFRS, ideally in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other accounting systems.
- Native Hungarian and fluent English language skills; German knowledge is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and motivated by project-based assignments.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- A responsible, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership.

As a Junior Financial Projects Consultant , you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of financial projects while building a strong foundation in accounting, controlling, and project-based finance.
- Take part in diverse financial projects, acting as a client's accountant or controller, or supporting operational finance coordination.
- Support clients with daily accounting activities, monthly closings, financial reporting, VAT return preparation, auditor communication, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
- Continuously develop your professional expertise while strengthening your project management skills.
- Collaborate with Deloitte professionals, international colleagues, and experts across tax, technology, legal, audit, and industry-specific consulting teams.
- Work on both local and international engagements and contribute to the growth of our client portfolio.
