MANTECH seeks a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support and optimize critical enterprise business systems that enable asset management, inventory operations, financial controls, and service delivery across multiple managed service programs and business units.

This role serves as the primary operational and technical liaison between enterprise platforms, supporting the integration and ongoing operation of Deltek Costpoint, ServiceNow, financial systems, inventory management processes, and business intelligence solutions. The position supports multiple stakeholders that share common enterprise infrastructure while maintaining independent operational requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Monitor and support enterprise integrations between ServiceNow, Deltek Costpoint, and related business systems.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve integration failures, data synchronization issues, staging table exceptions, and workflow failures.
- Support enterprise asset lifecycle management processes.
- Execute inventory-related transactions including Returns to Vendor (RTV), Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), asset swaps, and inventory adjustments.
- Support annual physical inventory and reconciliation activities.
- Execute monthly reconciliation processes between operational and financial systems to support month-end close.
- Validate inventory-to-asset transactions and maintain audit-ready documentation supporting SOX controls and compliance requirements. Evaluate and coordinate system changes across multiple independent business units operating on shared enterprise platforms to minimize operational impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or 4 years of additional directly related experience in lieu of degree).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience supporting ERP, financial, inventory, ServiceNow and/or enterprise business systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting enterprise integrations and managing cross-platform data synchronization (e.g., staging tables, endpoint connections, data mappings).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Deltek Costpoint (Item Master, Fixed Assets, Inventory modules).

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow Asset Management or ITSM modules.
- Demonstrated experience supporting SOX compliance requirements and financial reconciliation processes within a Government Contracting environment.

The projected compensation range for this position is $105,900.00-$177,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
