MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Acquisition Program Security Analyst to support our USMC contract out of Quantico, VA.

MANTECH is responsible for assisting our Government customer and ensuring that material solutions developed or acquired by PAE-MC are system engineered, integrated, interoperable, and certified to provide the warfighter with equipment required to accomplish their mission.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support the PAE-MC Acquisition Program Security Officer Lead (APSOL) to ensure that all technology protection document development, updating, and staffing are accomplished as depicted in the Program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and as described in the Department of Defense Technology and Program Protection Guidebook and the MCSC Acquisition Security Guidebook.
- Participate in the various Security Working Groups to identify critical program information (CPI) and mission critical functions and components as required by DoD Directive 5200.39 and described in the DoD Instruction 5200.44.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and configuration to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Act as a primary support analyst for the SCRM Lead, providing surge capacity during critical incidents, high-tempo operations, or urgent due diligence reviews. Assist in managing SCRM cases, tracking mitigation efforts, and preparing reports for program leadership.
- Develop and update Program Protection Plans (PPP) as required by DoD Instruction 5000.83 and described in PDUSD Memorandum, “Document Streamlining – Program Protection Plan (PPP),” July 16, 2011 and the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook.
- Assist the APSOL in developing a Security Classification Guide (SCG), as needed and review program documents for proper classified and controlled unclassified information identification and markings.
- Assist the APSOL with development of a system specific Operations Security (OPSEC) plan.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of related experience (additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Traditional security (0080) background: Information Security, Operational Security, Physical Security, Industrial Security
- Administrative skills (Advanced working knowledge of O365 products)
- Experience with planning, executing, and managing multiple projects
- Ability to interpret policy and provide recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment to meet critical timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of Acquisitions
- Critical Thinking
- Problem Solving
- Strong ability to coordinate with the APSL for all outside agency (e.g., Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Naval Criminal Investigate Service (NCIS), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), etc.) support to the programs.

Security Clearance Required:

- Must have an active DoD TS/SCI

The projected compensation range for this position is $97,100.00-$161,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
