FA Equipment and REL Test Engineer

onsemi EFK is seeking an equipment and REL test engineer to join our Failure Analysis team in Hopewell Junction, NY.

This position will consist of the following:

- Documentation and standardization of REL test equipment and testing. Execution on REL testing and data reporting to reliability team(s).

- Chemical preparation and execution of VPD-ICPMS tool for Fab contamination detection inside the cleanroom.

- Inventory and tool capabilities documentation, management, and coordination with lab teams.

- Understanding and being responsible for Yield/Integration/Labs Safety execution.

Qualifications for the position (preferred):

- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.

- 5+ years of industry experience in Failure Analysis or Test.

- Hands-on experience with chemical prepartion of ultra-pure chemistry.

- Experience with hazard detection and safety mindset.

Qualifications for the position (minimum):

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.

- 2-5 years of industry experience related to Failure Analysis or Test, or other Electrical Engineering discipline.

- Some amount of experience related to hazard detection and driving safety-related project(s).

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,300 to 120,400. exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
