Qualifications – External

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

- Sophomore standing or above.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Interest in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.

- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, JMP, Minitab, or similar analytical tools.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

- Experience with engineering projects, laboratory environments, or manufacturing operations.

- Understanding of statistical analysis and process control concepts.
