Principal Software Engineer

Que Technology Group is seeking a motivated Principal Full-Stack Developer to support the exciting Tradecraft Evolution mission. Developer will work closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements to design, develop, and deploy a production-ready Business Intelligence and data warehousing environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Mission Focus : Collaborate closely with customers to design, develop, deploy, and sustain a production-ready Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and advanced analytics environment, leveraging Python, Java, R, and AWS cloud technologies.

- The mission encompasses provisioning and configuring AWS resources; implementing enterprise data warehousing solutions; deploying and integrating Tableau and Power BI; developing core corporate dashboards and analytics; and enabling advanced analytics, analytic watermarking, sandbox environments, and pilot initiatives.

- The role also requires expertise in SIGINT architecture and NiFi dataflows, along with advanced MLOps capabilities to industrialize AI models through Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and automated end-to-end pipelines.

- Additionally, the mission focuses on optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) performance through advanced prompt engineering and integrating scalable, secure, and operationally effective AI solutions into the enterprise analytics ecosystem..

- Technical Proficiency : Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery to include creating APIs and business intelligence analytics.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree plus 11-years of relevant experience or equivalent. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

- Strong proficiency with object-oriented languages (Python ,Java, and R) and cloud computing, data engineering, business intelligence, and AI/ML operations, Jupyter Notebooks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of SIGINT architectures, Apache NiFi dataflows, customer corporate tools and data repositories​

Security Clearance:

- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required​
