Make an Impact as a Manager, Talent Acquisition at Worldwide
Play a key role in shaping and delivering a global talent acquisition strategy that helps attract and hire exceptional talent. In this leadership position, you'll drive recruitment excellence, influence hiring decisions, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience across the organization.
Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, and recruiting teams, you'll lead the development of innovative sourcing and hiring strategies while overseeing critical recruitment initiatives. Your expertise will help ensure hiring needs are anticipated, recruitment processes continue to evolve, and high-quality talent pipelines remain strong.
You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and develop recruiting professionals, strengthen external partnerships, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes on a global scale.
Where You'll Work
This is a contract, remote role open to candidates based in Serbia. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
What You'll Do
- Lead and continuously enhance global recruitment strategies and processes to support evolving business needs.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiting professionals, ensuring high performance and effective delivery.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on creative and effective talent attraction, sourcing, and selection strategies.
- Analyze recruitment data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Champion a consistent, positive, and high-quality candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process.
- Personally lead recruitment efforts for senior-level and business-critical positions, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Serve as the owner of recruitment systems, ensuring tools and processes remain effective, current, and aligned with business requirements.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with external recruitment partners and service providers.
What You'll Bring
- Degree or equivalent experience combined with 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- At least 2+ years of experience leading and managing recruiting teams, ideally within a global organization.
- Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Proficiency in English.
