Introduction

We are looking for a Site Contract Manager to join our Life Cycle Services (LCS) team. In this role, you will lead the onsite execution of a Life Cycle Services contract at a mining customer facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while serving as the primary liaison between the customer and Metso. Your work will directly contribute to improved equipment reliability, contract performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will report to the LCS Regional Manager.

This role is based in Kingman, Arizona, with full-time onsite presence required (40 hours per week).

You will join a team of experienced service, maintenance, and reliability professionals focused on delivering value through Life Cycle Services agreements across the mining and aggregates industries. Our team plays a key role in helping customers maximize equipment performance, improve reliability, and optimize operational efficiency through proactive maintenance and technical expertise.

We collaborate closely with customer maintenance and operations teams, technical support specialists, field service personnel, supply chain teams, and regional business leaders. Our ways of working emphasize safety, customer focus, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

- Serve as the primary onsite representative for the Life Cycle Services contract.

- Manage onsite inventory and spare parts programs to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.

- Support daily maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution activities.

- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance strategies and reliability improvement plans.

- Provide technical support during planned shutdowns and unplanned plant outages.

- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and performance targets.

- Monitor, track, and report safety, reliability, inventory, and contract performance metrics.

- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities related to crushing and grinding equipment.

What you'll bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining, aggregates, or mineral processing operations.

- Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, or supporting crushing and grinding equipment.

- Experience managing inventory, spare parts programs, or maintenance materials.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset reliability, and inventory management principles.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a customer-facing environment.

- Experience with Metso crushing and grinding equipment (nice to have).

- Experience supporting long-term maintenance contracts, plant shutdowns, or major outage activities (nice to have).

- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems (nice to have).

- Reliability, maintenance, or asset management certifications (nice to have).
