Basic Qualification s:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
- Experience managing multiple supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, supplier management, and customer delivery processes.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage supplier and customer relationships and hold partners accountable to commitments.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the aerospace industry or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations (is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and complex procurement processes.
- Proficient in ERP and supply chain management software. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and process improvement.
- Excellent PC skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills (written, verbal and non- verbal), ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Must work well in a team environment and commit to continuous improvement.
