Are you an Excel power user who loves solving inventory puzzles? Do you thrive on balancing stock levels, analyzing data, and making sure customers get what they need when they need it? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to help optimize inventory across multiple warehouse locations, support large-order planning, and drive smarter inventory decisions throughout the business.
🔹 What You'll Do:
✅ Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs, warehouses, styles, and colors
✅ Identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products
✅ Coordinate inventory transfers between satellite locations to maintain balance
✅ Analyze large customer orders against available and incoming inventory
✅ Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to prevent stock disruptions
✅ Recommend solutions when inventory constraints impact customer demand
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
✔ Strong Excel skills, including formulas, analysis, and reporting
✔ Ability to turn inventory data into actionable recommendations
✔ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
✔ Comfortable managing priorities across multiple locations and product lines
⭐ Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in cabinetry, manufacturing, distribution, or another high-SKU environment
Knowledge of inventory planning, allocation, and warehouse operations
