BrightStar Care is looking for dependable Caregivers/Home Health Aides to join our PRN Resource Pool and provide in-home care to clients throughout the Lubbock area. This role is ideal for caregivers who are available to provide coverage for as-needed assignments based on client needs and your availability.
Youll help clients with daily routines, personal care, and activities that help them remain comfortable and independent at home.
What Youll Do
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
- Provide coverage for PRN and as-needed assignments
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders as directed
- Support clients with daily routines and activities
- Communicate client needs and changes to the appropriate care team
What Youll Need
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or home health aide experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification and Driver's License
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimers care is a plus
- Compassionate, patient approach to client care
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow the clients plan of care
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
