Production Associate – 1st Shift
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | Monday-Saturday
Position Overview
We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Killbuck, Ohio. This role supports the end of the production line by inspecting, organizing, stacking, and preparing finished products for packaging and shipment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor finished products at the end of the production line
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Remove, organize, and stack finished materials
- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Perform other general production duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
