Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will oversee maintenance activities, support production goals, and help ensure industrial equipment operates safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has maintenance leadership experience, a strong background in plastic injection molding, and hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment.
Location: Griffin, GA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities based on production needs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial equipment
- Support maintenance operations within a plastic injection molding and steel manufacturing environment
- Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance issues
- Help identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective actions
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Work closely with production and operations teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards
- Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and prioritization
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment reliability and production efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and programs
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and procedures
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a production environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with production and maintenance teams
