Culligan Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking for a Field Service Technician in Lansing, MI to perform installation and service maintenance on household and commercial water treatment systems.

Responsibilities include:
- Installation of water treatment equipment to customer's homes.
- Work with water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems.
- Will learn to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Follow procedures/protocol for equipment installation and maintenance.
- Work with filters, pumps, motors, piping and other mechanical systems.
- Collect water samples and perform tests on water treatment systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, sanitizations and equipment exchanges.
- Maintain accurate service and installation records.
Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- 1 to 3 years' experience as a technician working with installation, set up and maintenance.
- Experience with plumbing, water softeners and reverse osmosis systems helpful.
- A minimum of 3 years customer service experience required.
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes helpful.
- Understanding of water chemistry helpful.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience and ability to work independently without supervision.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Experience driving a service vehicle helpful.
- Ability to read a map.
