Our PBS team plays a critical role in enabling growth across the organisation, driving transformation, simplifying processes and creating better experiences for our colleagues and customers.

As our investment in PBS continues, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead key business change, transformation and process improvement initiatives across Finance and the wider business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing function where you'll lead high-profile projects, work with stakeholders across the business and deliver meaningful change that supports business performance and future growth. Based within our Manchester PBS team, you'll be at the heart of initiatives that help Premier Foods become a more efficient, agile and successful organisation.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead a diverse portfolio of business change, transformation and process improvement projects across PBS and the wider business. Working with stakeholders at all levels, you'll help turn strategic ambitions into practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls and support growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading business change, transformation and process improvement projects from initiation through to implementation.

- Delivering projects that improve efficiency, controls, customer experience and business performance.

- Partnering with stakeholders across Finance, PBS, IT and the wider business.

- Driving continuous improvement and challenging existing ways of working.

- Supporting automation, digital transformation and technology-enabled solutions.

- Managing project governance, risks, dependencies and delivery plans.

- Acting as a Finance workstream lead within larger business-wide programmes where required.

- Ensuring solutions are embedded successfully and deliver sustainable benefits.

- A highly organised, resilient and adaptable approach.

Experience within Finance, Shared Services, Global Business Services or similar operational environments would be advantageous, alongside exposure to systems implementations, automation or digital transformation projects.
