The Client Integration team serves as the central coordination point between the Front Office, Know Your Customer (KYC), Compliance, Operations, Legal and Credit Risk teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for clients while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end onboarding management of Banking clients. Acting as a key partner to Relationship Managers, Banking COO team, KYC, and Operations stakeholders, you will help ensure client onboarding requests are executed efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and clients receive a best-in-class onboarding experience.

You will gain broad exposure to Banking products, regulatory requirements, operational controls, and stakeholder management. The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, project coordination, problem solving, and relationship management skills.

The successful candidate will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, monitor onboarding performance metrics, identify process optimization opportunities, and support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the client onboarding experience across the Banking Division.

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client integration team. In this role you will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Banking division:

- Provides Clients and Front Office optimal experience through effective onboarding and communication
- Responsible for coordinating onboarding requests from Banking Americas desk and ensuring they are fulfilled specifically Mizuho’s Know Your Customer (KYC) process in a timely and accurate manner

Major Responsibilities:

- Assist with implementation of a client-centric approach focused on delivering an optimal onboarding experience by ensuring all onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Proactively manage the pipeline of banking onboarding requests through reporting and direct interaction with Front Office and deal teams.
- Work with Front Office and deal teams to fulfill onboarding requests utilizing all pertinent and available KYC, Tax, and Legal information.
- Evaluate onboarding requests in advance to understand complexity, identify key dependencies, and determine where additional support may be required.
- Coordinate / align KYC and other relevant stakeholders to requests and proactively escalating capacity issues that may exists to fulfillment
- Evaluate new types of product Mizuho creates for its customers and implication in the onboarding process
- Understand policy changes socialized by Compliance and implications to the onboarding process
- Manage end-to-end onboarding coordination for banking clients, ensuring timely progression through all required onboarding activities.
- Produce Metrics and support documentation as needed
- Assist in any Audit requests and questions or fixing any regulatory breaks as directed by Head of Client Integration

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years banking & securities products experience including KYC, Regulatory, Legal, and Credit skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with Front Office and clients
- Appropriate and confidential handling of client data
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across business and support functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

The expected base salary ranges from $100,000 - $110,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
