About this role

Work schedule: 40 hours per week, to be worked between the hours of 8am-5:30pm on Mondays-Fridays and at least two Saturdays per month between 8am-2:30pm

What you will do:

- Sales: Consistently meets or exceeds monthly and annual position-related performance metrics while achieving member satisfaction scores to support a positive and high-quality member experience and contribute to the Clubs overall goals and objectives. Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of AAA Northeast products and services and applies the Five Diamond Service process, cross-selling techniques, and club and department training to educate members on available benefits and key performance indicators while maintaining a positive member experience. Stays current on branch promotions and initiatives and recognizes opportunities to improve individual sales effectiveness and overall branch performance

- Member Service: Delivers accurate, timely, and complete information to members regarding club products and services while maintaining department service standards. Provides service to members both in person and over the phone and supports club partnerships, including Registry Services, TSA, and other applicable offerings. In select locations, provides registry and/or TSA services by handling and processing confidential documents and information, entering data into required systems, and reviewing applications and forms for completeness. Services may include, but are not limited to, license or ID renewals and registration renewals, performed in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards. Provides assistance with travel-related services and member needs including accommodations and points of interest, mapping and routing, and potential hotel or car rental reservations. Promotes and assists members with International and InterAmerican Driving Permits, passport photos, foreign currency, theme park tickets, entertainment tickets, and other applicable club products and services. Listens actively to uncover member needs and concerns through meaningful, professional conversations that build trust and understanding. Speaks comfortably and confidentially with members when addressing sensitive or complex situations, ensuring respect, discretion, and alignment with AAA Northeast privacy, security, and service standards.

- Daily Operations: Acts as a liaison with internal departments including Travel, Insurance, Membership, Finance, IT, and Member Relations to coordinate information and support resolution of member and departmental issues. Performs all job duties in accordance with department policies, procedures, and practices within defined scope of authority, including consistent adherence to all Club and department safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

- High School Diploma or GED required

- 1-3 years Customer Service with a focus in Sales required and

- Satisfactorily pass state specific and federal background check during pre and post hiring in accordance with state and federal requirements required

- Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry and/or TSA services; including clearing federal/state specific background checks/processes. required
