We're seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support an important short-term project focused on processing invoices, organizing records, and helping reduce a backlog of critical documentation. ## What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping business operations running smoothly by reviewing documentation and accurately entering information into company systems.
Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and organize incoming boxes of invoices and supporting documentation.
- Review invoices to ensure all required information is available for processing.
- Accurately enter invoice details into the company's ERP system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing a large volume of information.
- Help clear existing invoice backlogs and support data cleanup efforts.
- Organize and maintain completed records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.

Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office environment and involves both physical document handling and computer-based data entry. You'll work closely with a supportive team while taking ownership of your daily workload. Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Flexible option of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Blauvelt, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
