Your Role
The Operations Finance team is responsible for financial analysis, budget preparation, financial control, forecasting, reporting, and evaluating alternative financial plans. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Operations Finance and play a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning and decision-making processes. This position will be responsible for month-end close activities, variance analysis, forecasting, annual planning, and management reporting. The role will partner with operations and finance leaders to analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide financial insights that support operational and strategic objectives. The Senior Finance Analyst will also contribute to the analysis of key initiatives aimed at improving business results and operating efficiency.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Detailed oriented with experience working with numbers, data, and systems
- Strong Analytical abilities with a demonstrated history of driving process improvement
- Quick learner and self-starter with strong communication and written skills
- Advanced MS Excel required and Intermediate MS Access and/or Tableau skills highly desired
Hybrid
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week. Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
