Our Team:

Sanofi Business Operations is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Global.

Main responsibilities:

•    Ensure all Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Bi) are developed, deployed, and maintained in compliance with Sanofi's data governance and IT security standards.

•    Establish, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies for Medical Analytics operations.

•    Ensure reporting on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines.

•    Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all analytics and dashboard requirement by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

•          Ensure Apps, dashboards and solutions are developed and maintained as per requirements.

•          Monitor adherence to governance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

•          Support audit readiness and participate in internal/external audits as required.

•          Responsible for access management of all applications.

•          Ensuring data consistency across all applications.

•          Responsible for end-to-end access management of all Power Platform applications and dashboards

•          Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

•          Providing training on analytical tools and usage.

•          Building advance tools and automate or improve processes for analytical and other needs.

People:

- Maintain effective relationship with internal peers and stakeholders.
- Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in global and local teams to understand their requirements.
- Co-ordinating and performing QC Activities ensuring highest standards of delivery.
- Act as a mentor and knowledge-sharing champion within the Medical Analytics team.

Performance:

- Build intelligent, automated solutions that streamline analytical and operational processes, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround time.
- Data Quality assessment: Identify abnormalities in the data monitored and develop report as per regulatory requirements.
- Smart solutions by leveraging technology in most optimized way.
- Continuously explore new Power Platform features, add-ons, and complementary tools (Python, SQL, Snowflake) to enhance performance in a cost-effective manner.

Stakeholder :

- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal peers, stakeholders, and global teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Power Platform-related queries, requirements, and escalations from stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.

Process:

- Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all IT solutions requirements.
- Ensure data quality and consistency are maintained throughout the lifecycle of tracker/dashboard.
- Pro-actively identifying analytical requirements.
- Assist in managing medical plans in project management system.
- Reporting and follow ups on Project Management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines
- Understanding IT solutions requirement of all relevant stakeholders and develop solution accordingly
- Continuously exploring the new features and add on, assess different tools to improve the overall performance in a cost-effective way
- Managing access for IT Solutions.

About you

Experience : Minimum of 5+ years' experience with application development in Power Apps, Power Automate , Power BI, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Advance Excel

Soft skills : Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and experience working in a global context

Technical skills :

•        Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously

•        Working experience of using analytical tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Python & Snowflake.

•        Experience of developing and managing applications

•        Excellent planning, design, project management and documentation skills

Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or any technical related field ·

Languages : Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills – written and spoken
