Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.
You will be the Industrial Engineer for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Archbald, PA. Our team is responsible for optimizing production workflows and facility layouts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing sequences of operations, improving plant efficiencies, and guiding facility modifications.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Basic Qualifications
BS level degree or higher in Engineering Discipline with 1+ Year of Experience
Must be a US citizen and ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63400.00 - $117800.00
