Gentle Dental is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Lakewood, Washington . This opportunity offers a three-day workweek, a strong patient flow, and access to an experienced clinical support network—making it an excellent fit for both early-career dentists and experienced providers looking for a flexible schedule.

Position Highlights

- Compensation based on a percentage of production and experience

- Guaranteed compensation during the first 60 days

- Full-time equivalent dentists can expect to earn between $150,000 and $400,000 annually. Actual compensation for this part-time position will vary based on schedule, experience, and production.

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited dental school

- Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
