Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Kirkland, Washington . This opportunity combines a strong patient base, comprehensive clinical support, and the autonomy to provide exceptional care—all backed by the resources of an established dental organization.

H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position.

Position Highlights

- Full-time General Dentist opportunity

- Established, predominantly PPO patient base

- Comprehensive dental practice

- Access to a full team of in-house Board Eligible and Board Certified specialists

- Compensation based on a percentage of production and experience

- Guaranteed compensation during the first 60 days

- Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $150,000 and $400,000 annually

- H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship available

Schedule

- 5 days per week

- 1–2 Saturdays per month

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience required

- Graduate of an accredited dental school

- Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment

- Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
