L'équipe Digital d'Amérique du Nord d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Gestionnaire de Produits Solutions Industrielles A220 pour rejoindre notre équipe Airbus Digital North America (ABYDO) à Mirabel, QC.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe de gestion des produits numériques responsable de la performance fonctionnelle et technique globale des solutions informatiques de fabrication pour l'A220 (incluant les usines et lignes d'assemblage de Mirabel et Mobile).

Votre rôle sera de piloter la stratégie numérique à moyen et long terme, de diriger l'autorité de conception de la ligne de fabrication, de former et guider des équipes multidisciplinaires (MFT), et d'assurer l'alignement stratégique avec la montée en puissance de la production de l'A220.

Vos défis:

- Assumer la responsabilité fonctionnelle et technique du cycle de vie complet (Conception / Construction / Exploitation) du périmètre des produits de solutions industrielles A220;
- Former et diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires (MFT) pour gérer le cycle de vie des applications liées aux produits et services de la ligne de solutions industrielles A220;
- Diriger l'autorité de conception des solutions industrielles A220 (choix d'architecture et normes techniques) en étroite collaboration avec les architectes d'entreprise IM;
- Gérer les projets informatiques du périmètre de solutions industrielles A220 selon les méthodologies adaptées (Waterfall, Fast Track, Agile);
- Concevoir, déployer et supporter les applications industrielles locales et centrales (ex. SAP S4/HANA, MES, IIoT, SCADA) tout en garantissant le respect des SLA opérationnels;
- Piloter l'optimisation continue des produits : efficacité financière, réduction de la dette technique, cybersécurité, résilience et expérience utilisateur;
- Gérer l'allocation du budget d'exploitation et des projets (budget annuel de plusieurs millions de dollars) dédié aux solutions industrielles A220;
- Assurer le déploiement transnational des processus et systèmes informatiques soutenus par le Groupe sur l'ensemble des sites A220 (Mirabel et Mobile).

Votre profil:

- Diplôme universitaire (Maîtrise/Master) en fabrication, ingénierie, informatique, technologies de l'information ou équivalent;
- Au moins dix (10) ans d'expérience en développement et support d'applications dans un environnement d'usine / de fabrication;
- Au moins cinq (5) à dix (10) ans d'expérience en gestion de projets industriels et déploiement de solutions à grande échelle;
- Solide expertise du domaine : opérations en usine, lignes d'assemblage final (FAL), ingénierie de fabrication, qualité et logistique aéronautique;
- Maîtrise des systèmes techniques et de la connectivité industrielle : IIoT, SCADA, MES, intégrations PLC, solutions SAP (PM, SAP S4/HANA) et outils d'analyse;
- Capacité démontrée à diriger des équipes multiculturelles et multi-sites, à s'adapter à un environnement de montée en puissance rapide et à interagir avec la direction;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) obligatoire. La maîtrise du français est fortement recommandée ; la connaissance de l'allemand ou de l'espagnol est un atout.

Ce poste peut impliquer des déplacements professionnels (environ 10% au niveau national et international : É.-U., Europe).

En raison du secteur d’activité (aéronautique), de multiples contacts avec des entités Airbus situées dans le monde entier, et d’interactions avec les fournisseurs et clients également situés dans le monde entier, la connaissance de l’anglais est demandée dans ce poste.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Industrial Solutions Product Manager to join our Airbus Digital North America team in Mirabel (Québec, Canada),

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

The Industrial Solutions A220 Product Manager is responsible for all functional and technical IM-related activities of Industrial Shopfloor Solutions Product & Services specifically dedicated to the Airbus A220 program (including Mirabel FAL & Plant and Mobile FAL).

The role ensures strategic alignment of the IM roadmap with the A220 ramp-up and production milestones, deploying Airbus standards on Data Lineage, Data Consumption, and Smart Execution. The incumbent will promote a multi-site approach, integrating local A220 shopfloor constraints into the Group's governance and transnational Operating Model.

Serves as a senior strategic leader responsible for steering mid- to long-term digital strategy while managing and maintaining a complex, multi-site industrial setup across transnational manufacturing teams.

Your challenges:

- Assume end-to-end functional and technical responsibility for the performance (delivery, costs, team management, and well-being) of the A220 Industrial Shopfloor Solutions product scope across its full lifecycle (Design / Build / Run);
- Form and lead Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) to manage the application lifecycle related to A220 Industrial Shopfloor Solutions Product & Services;
- Lead the A220 Industrial Shopfloor Solutions design authority (architecture choices and technical standards) in close collaboration with IM Enterprise Architects;
- Manage IT projects within the A220 Industrial Shopfloor Solutions scope using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Fast Track, Agile);
- Design, deploy, and support local applications fulfilling specific A220 business needs while deploying central Industry applications from European mother companies;
- Drive product optimization across all dimensions: financial efficiency, user experience, cyber security, resilience, and technical debt reduction;
- Manage allocation of business continuity and run budget envelopes alongside a multi-million dollar annual project budget dedicated to A220 industrial solutions evolution;
- Responsible for transnational deployment of Group IM-supported processes, information systems, and core manufacturing solutions across A220 production lines.

Your boarding pass:

- Master's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- At least ten (10) years of experience in application development and support in a manufacturing/shopfloor environment;
- At least five (5) – ten (10) years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment and large-scale Industrial Solutions deployment projects;
- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of shopfloor operations, Final Assembly Lines (FAL), manufacturing engineering, quality, and aerospace logistics;
- Technical Systems Proficiency: IIoT, SCADA, industrial machine connectivity, MES, PLC integrations, SAP (PM, SAP S4/HANA), and Analytics Solutions;
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead multicultural and multi-site teams, adapt to a rapidly changing ramp-up environment, and interact effectively with senior business stakeholders;
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in French is highly recommended, and knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.

This role may involve travel (approx. 10% Domestic and International - US, EU limited).

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
