About the Role

The Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage preparation, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role serves a variety of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering personalized service that reflects Four Seasons standards. The Bartender is part of the Food & Beverage team and reports to Restaurant and Bar Management.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests at the bar, providing knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of beverage offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and menu pairings.
- Accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage guest checks using the point-of-sale system.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, questions, and concerns.
- Assist with bar setup, stocking, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare garnishes and ensure all bar products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Work collaboratively with servers, culinary teams, and fellow employees to deliver seamless service.

What You Bring

- Minimum two years of bartending or related food and beverage experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Must be able to obtain all required food handling and alcohol service certifications.

Schedule & Hours

- This is an on-call position
- Hours may include afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
