Senior UI/UX Designer (fixed-term 12 months)

Shape Human-Centered AI Experiences Across Resmed’s Digital Ecosystem

You will help transform how people experience health technology by designing seamless, trustworthy and intuitive interactions across Resmed’s consumer digital products. As part of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will work at the intersection of AI, design, and product innovation : translating emerging capabilities into experiences that empower users and simplify their care journeys.

This 12-month fixed-term role is based in Dublin, where you’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and research disciplines to bring ideas from concept to delivery.

Your expertise will help teams navigate complexity, uncover insights, and design solutions that are not only useful and scalable but deeply human.

What You’ll Do

- Lead UX from discovery through delivery, including framing problems, exploring solutions, prototyping, validation, and iteration.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into meaningful, human-centered design opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to define challenges and develop viable digital product experiences.
- Create design artefacts such as journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined concepts to inform decisions.
- Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and alignment sessions across cross-functional teams and time zones.
- Contribute to design-system consistency and scalable interaction patterns across multiple product experiences.
- Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Partner closely with engineers to balance user needs with technical feasibility and constraints.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or Visual Communication.
- 6+ years of professional experience delivering complex digital products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX practice, from problem framing to delivery.
- Proven success working within cross-functional product teams with Product Management and Engineering.

Nice to Have

- Experience designing within healthcare, medical technology, or regulated industries.
- Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven digital products.
- Familiarity with emerging tools such as AI-assisted prototyping, GitHub-based workflows, or conversational interface design.
