As a Business Improvement Advisor , you will play a key role in supporting Investia’s business objectives. You will explore, develop, and help implement initiatives involving artificial intelligence, automation, and low-code solutions. What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Business Improvement Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

- Design and develop practical low-code solutions and related tools, including Power Platform, automation technologies, and artificial intelligence tools, to quickly address business needs and generate value;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficiency strategies that address current business needs and support their evolution;
- Guide leaders throughout the optimization process, from identifying initiatives with the greatest potential to measuring tangible results;
- Engage and involve stakeholders at the appropriate stages to support the successful implementation of initiatives;
- Support the development of a proactive culture focused on efficiency and agility while encouraging stakeholder accountability;
- Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives and promote them to increase their visibility and strengthen organizational alignment;
- Foster knowledge sharing and the adoption of leading practices across Investia;
- Stay informed about innovative practices by conducting research and benchmarking activities;
- Implement a visual management approach based on the principles of “See Together, Understand Together, Act Together” to promote organizational alignment;
- Identify key performance indicators related to efficiency and innovation and monitor their progress.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has relevant education or equivalent practical experience;
- Has at least five years of relevant professional experience;
- Demonstrates strong communication, engagement, and influencing skills;
- Is recognized for their analytical mindset, creativity, proactive approach, and ability to find solutions;
- Is naturally curious and actively seeks out new practices and ideas;
- Is comfortable learning through action and working in ambiguous situations;
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders;
- Has knowledge of Lean principles, considered an asset;
- Is comfortable working in a sales and distribution environment, considered an asset;
- Has an advanced level of English and French proficiency, as the role involves collaborating, communicating, and carrying out optimization initiatives with English-speaking and French-speaking leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is between CAD $66,862 and CAD $115,371 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role. At iA, we are committed to offering a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current market conditions.
