Associate Account Manager- Orlando, FL

Sagis Diagnostics is an entirely physician-led sub-specialty pathology group supported by a CAP-accredited histology lab located in the heart of Houston, Texas. Led by a team of board-certified pathologists, our lab is at the forefront of diagnostic science. Position Overview- O nsite in Orlando, FL. or surrounding Orlando area.

Travel is 40-50% based on overnight stays needed in surrounding cities: Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.

- Function in a closely monitored environment, including continual monitoring of customer calls and productivity levels

- Drive account retention by introducing various products and services available through Sagis

- Develop and execute evidence-based sales plans to meet with current clients

- Resolve clients concerns in a timely and amicable manner

- Maintain detailed records on current accounts

- Conduct regular market research to maintain an updated knowledge of clients needs and competitors activities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required

- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral, communication skills

- Organizational skills and prior experience managing a large geographic territory

- 1-3 years of experience in medical sales and client relationship management

- Ability to understand and present clinical/technical product information

- Attention to detail and commitment to persistent follow-up

- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel; able to summarize large quantities of data

- Proficient use of other Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
