In this role, you'll be responsible for safely loading, unloading, sorting, and staging products while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. Every day brings a new challenge, and your efforts directly contribute to our success.

What You'll Do

- Load and unload products from trailers, containers, railcars, pallets, and racks.

- Build and organize pallets for storage and transportation.

- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

- Read and understand packaging labels, breakdown sheets, and product information.

- Separate products by UPC codes and product descriptions.

- Apply pallet identification labels accurately.

- Secure freight using shrink wrap and tape for transportation.

- Inspect products for shortages and damages and report findings to supervisors.

- Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Ability to understand verbal and written instructions

✔ Basic math skills

✔ Previous pallet jack experience preferred

✔ Willingness to be trained and OSHA-certified on motorized equipment

✔ Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds

✔ Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including heat, cold, and noise

✔ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

✔ Availability to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime when needed
