SAIC is seeking a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Mission Integrator with a background in the IC and DoD to support the NRO’s Mission Integration Directorate’s (MID) Warfighter Capabilities Office (WCO) at the Pentagon. This role focuses on customer outreach activities, primarily engaging with Joint Staff and Warfighters senior personnel and subordinate offices from NRO office located within the Pentagon. Job Responsibilities
• Support the NRO and MID as the technical enterprise mission integrators under the NRO Warfighter Capability Office (WCO). This role is essential to ensuring the technical awareness, continuity, and impact with the Joint Staff and Service Chiefs at the Pentagon to advocate for NRO equities, inform policy discussions, and coordinate between the Pentagon and NRO staffs.
• Integrate areas such as portfolio management, mission threads, architecture, national-tactical data interoperability, cross-program strategies, synchronized deliverables, strategic messaging, and operational themes to facilitate enterprise integration and promote innovation across NRO missions.
• Participate in architectural forums and architecture development efforts, Joint Staff and Service collaboration teams, special topic studies, NRO knowledge management, NRO D & O technical forums and working groups, and Distinguished Visitor events.
• Support the Warfighting Capabilities Office Joint Staff Team to engage with the Joint Force Requirements Process and stay abreast of Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) priorities, policy discussions, JROC Memo creation and review, and Consolidated Program Management Review (CPMR) activities. Ensure MID HQ leadership is aware of all activities pertaining to NRO equities and areas where the NRO can influence policies and plans for mission success.
• Support multiple areas, including systems, mission, and enterprise engineering, analytic support, technical analysis, user requirement management/development, architecture, and customer outreach and support.
Support engagement with national and tactical communities to collaboratively design, document, validate, and deliver architectures, space systems, and innovative ground capabilities in support of the national space architecture.
• Collaborate with NRO Directorates and Offices to improve user access and discovery of content and timeliness of intelligence via information sharing and multi-INT processing enhancements.
• Draft, edit, and write reports, correspondence, and briefs
• Keep track of important actions and milestones for executives.
• The primary place of performance is the NRO SCIF at the Pentagon. However, visits to NRO HQ and mission partner facilities in the NCR are expected on a regular basis to enable better collaboration and interoperability.

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), Business, or a related field and 9 years of experience, Masters degree and 7 years of experience, PhD and 4 years of experience. Alternatively, demonstrate an additional 4 years of related IC and DoD intelligence systems experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
• Experience with National Intelligence Space systems and Intelligence disciplines

Desired:
• Master's or PhD in technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Domain knowledge and expertise in systems engineering of interrelated systems
• Experience working on space and ground programs from Enterprise Capabilities, and architecture-definition documentation through requirements derivation and allocation, performance metric generation and assessment, test case development, and requirement closure tracing
• Professional certifications in Systems or Digital Engineering, Program Management, Architecture (such as DAWIA, INCOSE, MBSE such as OCSMP SysML Model Builder, Agile, or PMP)
• Domain knowledge and expertise in multiple interrelated space and satellite ground systems
• Operational familiarity with NRO Tools (ChatSurfer, Thresher, JEMA, etc), or NRO collection data or Mission Partner Intelligence Data
• Understanding of how system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities are enabled by MBSE across the digital thread (the engineering lifecycle).
