New Hybrid GI Program | $500,000 Guaranteed Base + | 17 Weeks Off | Pembroke Pines, FL
About the Opportunity:
Join Gastro Health in Pembroke Pines for a new hybrid GI role combining the variety of inpatient care with continuity of care in clinic. Split your time between a 486-bed community hospital and an established private practice.
- Schedule: 12 working days in each 21-day rotation
- Hospital week: Seven days, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., with night call shared among the GI team
- Clinic week: Five days, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with opportunities to perform procedures at an ASC recognized among U.S. News & World Report’s Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Time off: One full week off every three weeks, or approximately 17 scheduled weeks off annually
- Join an established private practice with a favorable payer mix
- Opportunity to help expand the inpatient team, including the potential to add an advanced practice provider (APP) for hospital support
Compensation & Benefits:
- $500,000 guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus potential
