As a Supplier Enrollment Specialist and play a key role in expanding our virtual card payment network. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll partner with suppliers, educate them on the benefits of virtual payments, and help drive adoption of innovative payment solutions that create value for businesses across the globe.

What you'll own

- Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into MineralTree's virtual card payment program through high-volume outbound outreach.
- Educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual card payments and becoming part of our payment network.
- Identify and overcome objections through active listening, consultative conversations, and professional communication.
- Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Gather and validate required supplier information accurately and efficiently to ensure successful enrollment.
- Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality assurance goals.
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation while managing outbound calling activity and achieving results with minimal supervision.
- Cross-train and support additional functions within the Payment Optimization and Payment Operations teams as needed.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members as the organization continues to grow.

What you'll bring

- 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with outstanding attention to detail.
- High degree of energy, accountability, and self-motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to manage objections and influence outcomes through consultative conversations.
- Strong integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desire to contribute to a fast-growing, collaborative, and high-performance culture.

It's a bonus if you have

- B2B sales experience.
- Experience within virtual card, ePayables, commercial card, merchant processing, payments, procurement, or fintech industries.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding performance goals and targets.
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
- Knowledge of supplier enablement, payment optimization, or accounts payable solutions.
- Experience mentoring or training new team members.

Global Payments is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $20.8-$29.02. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
