In this position...

Vehicle Operations Manufacturing Engineering is a cross-functional team having the primary responsibility to plan for and implement the launch of new vehicle programs at assembly plants. The Vehicle Calibration and Test (VCT) Supervisor leads vehicle calibration and test development, launches, validation, and ongoing plant support for North American programs.

You'll have...

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing), or Similar Technical degree
- 5+ years’ experience in Final Assembly Process & Tooling Development
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Ability to operate in stressful situations within timing constraints.
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- Extended travel to assembly plants in US, Canada, and/or Mexico required
- Leadership communication skills consistent with reporting out to Director and VP level leadership

Even better, you may have...

- Automotive manufacturing experience / supplier project management skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in FAE tooling installation and commissioning
- Knowledge and experience in failure mode avoidance methodology
- Knowledge and experience in diagnostic validations methods and tools, processes and engineering deliverables
- Experience with optical measurement and calibration systems

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
