As an Aviation Security Supervisor, you will act as the first point of contact at the FBO, ensuring safety, access control, and a premium client experience at all times.
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday – 0600-1400hrs

Responsibilities for Site Supervisor
- Provide exceptional customer service and client interaction
- Manage access control for vehicles, passengers, and crew
- Coordinate escorts with airport partners
- Conduct patrols to identify potential risks
- Operate radios, tablets, and computer systems
- Inspect security equipment and report issues
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid if required, and coordinate emergency response
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer inquiries in person and by phone
Qualifications for Site Supervisor
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Valid WSIB Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (required)
- First Aid & CPR certification (required)
- Static (Guard in car) position with frequent in-and-out of vehicle movement throughout the shift
- Ability to remain alert and professional for extended periods
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach
