About this role

We are seeking a Management Analyst to provide general administrative, operational, programmatic, and analytical support to the Security Programs and Analysis Division (SPAD) within a federal law enforcement environment. The Mid-Level / Analyst will work collaboratively with federal government personnel and other contractor staff to support day-to-day operations, organizational priorities, and project requirements. Expected to work across a variety of functions and adapt to changing priorities, assignments, and mission requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while producing accurate, clear, and timely work products.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to federal government staff.

• Support office operations and logistics, including inventory tracking, supply distribution, equipment management, and related administrative activities.

• Maintain organized electronic and physical files, records, documentation, and internal trackers.

• Assist with records management and audit-related activities.

• Support general administrative and operational requirements as directed by government team leads, program managers, supervisors, and leadership.

• Respond to short-term and quick-response requests and assist with project-based assignments as needed.

• Compile, organize, review, and summarize information from multiple sources.

• Prepare draft reports, summaries, charts, tables, presentations, and briefing materials.

• Assist with the development of dashboards, data visualizations, and other management products.

• Create and maintain SharePoint lists and libraries.

• Support basic SharePoint workflows and site organization.

• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records and data repositories.

• Support internal data-management processes and tracking requirements.

• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.

• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and other meeting documentation.

• Support executive and leadership-level meetings and briefings as required.

• Assist with travel coordination and related administrative activities.

• Assist with contractor or government-related onboarding and offboarding activities as assigned.

• Maintain personnel trackers and support compliance with applicable government requirements.

• Coordinate with appropriate personnel regarding onboarding, equipment, access, and other administrative requirements.

• Provide basic graphic design and formatting support for presentations, briefings, reports, and other materials.

• Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• SharePoint (document management, lists, libraries, workflows, and site organization)

• Power BI or other data reporting/visualization tools (preferred)

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in administrative, operational, business support, program support, or analytical roles.

• Experience supporting multiple priorities and producing professional work products in a deadline-driven environment.

• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of SharePoint, including document management, lists, libraries, and basic site navigation.

Education:

• Bachelor's/Associates degree from an accredited institution; or

• Professional certificate from an accredited institution combined with relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI or other data reporting/visualization tools.

• Experience preparing dashboards, briefing materials, reports, or executive presentations.
