Required:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience administering relational database management systems (RDBMS)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have the following certifications: M365E/X OR LPIC or Linux+
- Strong experience engineering and administering Microsoft SQL server databases.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL
- Strong experience architecting databases to include designing schemas, creating tables, creating queries, etc.
- Knowledge of structured query language (SQL)
- Ensuring compliance with database vendor license agreements.
- Experience controlling and monitoring user access to the databases.
- Experience monitoring and optimizing the performance of the databases.
- Experience planning for backup and recovery of database tables.
- Experience backing up and restoring databases.
- Experience creating reports as needed.
- Managing and monitoring data replication.
- Experience managing large (1 TB+) databases.
- Experience with relativity
- Ability to obtain & maintain a Public Trust security clearance
