- Saturday–Tuesday | 7:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Wednesday–Saturday | 7:00 PM–5:00 AM

As an Overnight Client Care Representative at Veterinary Emergency + Referral Center of Hawaii (VERC), you'll be the welcoming, compassionate voice guiding pet owners through emergency and specialty visits. Working closely with our medical team, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive client experience while supporting one of Hawaii's premier veterinary hospitals.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, compassion, and empathy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for emergency and specialty clients during overnight hours.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate client and patient medical records.
- Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and treatment processes.
- Answer incoming calls, manage appointment requests, and assist with emergency inquiries.
- Process patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up appointments.
- Accurately prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records.
- Perform general administrative duties including scanning, emailing, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and hospital staff to ensure seamless overnight operations.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.

What You Bring

- Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical reception experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced emergency environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and administrative software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and supporting outstanding patient care.
