Capital Group Rotational Program - Data & Tech Track Associate - US - Los Angeles
What You'll Do
The Data & Technology Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to teams that leverage data, analytics, and technology to support Capital Group's investment process, business strategy, and client experience. Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:
- Data & Analytics: Leverage business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and visualization tools to support decision-making and business outcomes.
- Data Science: Apply advanced analytics, modeling, artificial intelligence and quantitative approaches to generate insights and solve business challenges.
- Digital Products & User Experience: Support the development of digital tools, platforms, and user-focused solutions that enhance business and client experiences.
- Data Strategy & Solutions: Contribute to enterprise data initiatives and help translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Additional Data & Technology Functions: Gain exposure to other teams driving innovation, analytics, and technology transformation across Capital Group.
Across rotations, associates may analyze complex datasets, develop reports and visualizations, support data and AI initiatives, evaluate business requirements, and help create data-driven solutions that inform decision-making and improve business outcomes. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy , a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources.
What We're Looking For

- Experience working with data, analyzing complex information, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience applying analytical, quantitative, or technical skills through coursework, projects, internships, research, or extracurricular activities
- Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, business intelligence, or analytical tools
- Foundational programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Spark, or similar technologies) and interest in continuing to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Degree in a quantitative, analytical, technology, engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, or related field preferred

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $88,107-$140,971
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
