Job Summary:

The “ Production supervisor ” will be based in Flex South , reporting to the Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring assigned lines meet quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets . This role supervises and develops production teams, resolves operational issues, drives process improvements, and works closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Principle Accountabilities:

- Lead daily production activities across assigned lines/processes, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
- Supervise and develop production personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements, material availability, equipment capacity, and priorities.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for resolution.
- Identify and support process improvement, cost reduction, and new product introduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
- Support department budgeting, resource planning, and operational projects.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.

Requirements / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field .
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/production , preferably in a high-volume or technical environment.
- 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience .
- Manejo de WIP, Ordenes de producción y trazabilidad de serial aging.
- Experience with production planning, process improvement, problem-solving, and performance metrics .
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes .
- Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel.
- Intermediate English preferred.
- Availability to work rotating shifts , if required.
