Watkins Wellness is hiring a Packaging Associate to join our Cokato Warehouse (Sauna360) team!

As a Packaging Associate, you'll support production operations by packaging, inspecting, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment while helping maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Working alongside production, shipping, quality, and warehouse teams, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by packaging products and components, building crates and pallets, staging materials, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before they leave the facility.

- Do you enjoy hands-on work that helps products reach customers safely and on time? Package finished products according to work instructions, production schedules, quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Are you detail-oriented and committed to quality? Inspect products and packaging materials, identify defects, verify compliance with specifications, and help ensure every shipment meets expectations.
- Do you take pride in accuracy and organization? Label finished products, complete required documentation, and maintain accurate records throughout the packaging process.
- Do you enjoy working with equipment, tools, and physical materials? Operate packaging equipment and use tools such as tape measures, cutters, drills, pallet jacks, and other packaging-related equipment to prepare products for shipment.
- Can you help keep production moving efficiently? Monitor packaging operations, report equipment concerns, support basic maintenance activities, and help minimize downtime.
- Do you value safety and continuous improvement? Follow GMPs, PPE requirements, safety procedures, and company policies while supporting initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Are you comfortable in an active, team-oriented environment? Assist with material handling, palletizing, crate building, staging finished products, and collaborating with production, quality, warehouse, shipping, and maintenance teams to achieve daily goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow PPE and workplace safety requirements.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to meet production goals, deadlines, and attendance expectations.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues.

Hiring Range: $14.25- 22.27
