About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs. This outside sales position utilizes industry-leading technology to design and showcase custom bath projects while helping customers transform their homes.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
- Meet with pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously develop your skills.
- Utilize user-friendly design software to create personalized bath remodeling solutions.
- Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in the home remodeling industry is a strong plus.
- Reliable transportation and residence within the local area.
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations with professionalism.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Outgoing and articulate personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with basic technology and tablet applications.
