Your Role
As an Acrylic Bath Installer , you will be responsible for the professional installation of our bath and shower systems while ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. We're seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills.
- Follow installation standards and company procedures to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and respectful of the customer's home.
- Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath systems.
- Complete required paperwork and submit job photos.
- Maintain and stock the installation vehicle with necessary tools and materials.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently while meeting company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or residential remodeling.
- Ability to accurately take measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with power tools, including drills, jigsaws, and other common construction equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
