Job Title: VDC Specialist Job Description We are seeking a creative, tech-forward problem solver to join our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team as a VDC Designer. This role involves bridging the gap between design and construction through cutting-edge technology and collaboration. You'll bring ideas to life through visualization, modeling, and digital coordination, playing a pivotal role in delivering smarter, more efficient projects. Responsibilities

- Train project teams on new software.
- Manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) models.
- Perform drone and laser scans.
- Experiment with emerging tools.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and builders.
- Push the boundaries of construction technology through innovation.

Essential Skills

- Proficiency in Revit and Revit MEP.
- Experience with MEP design.
- Knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with Navisworks.
- Exp. in Architecture and Construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with emerging visualization methods.
- Ability to work with multiple building systems.
- A passion for design innovation and technology.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Work Environment Most of your time will be spent in a newly remodeled open office environment, collaborating with project teams and other departments. Occasionally, you will perform site-specific activities such as drone flights, laser scanning, or model verification. These tasks may include light lifting or climbing ladders and stairs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
