Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Clinical Healthcare Job Description This role leads clinical healthcare projects from planning through completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations. - Lead clinical healthcare projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop clear project plans, timelines, and milestones for clinical healthcare initiatives.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are understood and achieved.
- Use Procore to manage project documentation, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying risks and issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure that clinical healthcare projects comply with relevant standards, processes, and quality expectations.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending enhancements to project management practices.

- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on clinical healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with Procore for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify project risks and issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Formal education or training in project management, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
- Relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working within regulated or clinical environments is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder needs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

This is a Contract position based out of West Haven, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
