Brewing & Blending Co-op

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and analytical Co-op to join our Operations team, supporting brewing department performance and operational excellence initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brewery operations, equipment performance monitoring, manufacturing metrics, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment. Working alongside Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams, you'll help monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while developing foundational engineering and manufacturing skills.

This position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027. The role is fully on site at our Cincinnati Brewery location, with team members expected to work five days per week from our Cincinnati Brewery.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related discipline.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must continue to be enrolled in school upon the completion of the co-op.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in manufacturing, brewery operations, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to packaging or manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Interest in equipment performance, production metrics, and process optimization.
- Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
