Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

A strategic, customer-focused executive who drives growth in CRM and AI across key industries. Partners closely with sales, marketing, product, industry, and strategic partners to bring ServiceNow CRM and industry solutions to life at global scale — with a sharp focus on building, accelerating, and converting high-quality pipeline. Key goals: grow CRM pipeline measured by volume, velocity, and conversion; engage directly with senior customer stakeholders; and bridge internal teams and key partners to accelerate outcomes.​

Key Responsibilities:

- Own CRM pipeline performance — drive CRM pipeline health across strategic accounts globally, accountable for KPIs tied to opportunity volume, movement, and conversion.​
- Actively support high-impact CRM pursuits each quarter, embedding CRM expertise and quantified business value into account strategy.​
- Connect sales, product, marketing, and industry — serve as the bridge across internal functions so CRM solutions, messaging, and marketing programs align to customer needs.​
- Unify efforts across sales, product, marketing, industry, customer success, and enablement behind a single global CRM go-to-market plan and shared program calendar.​
- Accelerate strategic partner engagement — lead joint programs with a focused set of top partners to drive net new pipeline and opportunity creation.​
- Shape how partners position and deliver ServiceNow CRM, extending offerings into organizations of every size.​
- Shape and drive CRM strategy — build and execute CRM strategies by region and industry, aligning effort to where growth potential is greatest.​
- Serve as a strategic advisor to Product, Development, and Marketing, feeding customer-driven insight and AI-enabled GTM practices into roadmap and investment priorities.​

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

15+ years guiding strategy, operations, and day-to-day execution, with deep CRM domain knowledge and proven pipeline management using a consultative sales-cycle approach. History of meeting targets for sustained YoY growth in SaaS / CRM, and experience applying AI to work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving. Skilled at enabling sales teams and channel partners and acting as a consultative partner who helps pitch, sell, and close. Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication — strategic, top-down, concise. Trusted advisor to customers and senior leaders; thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Travel up to 50%. Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields.​

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $273,280 - $464,590 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
