JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development and execution of B2B digital marketing experiences and tools that engage, support, and drive revenue opportunities for luxury travel partners across North America. This role manages digital experiences across email, social media, co-branded platforms, and other digital channels, with a focus on creating seamless, engaging, and effective experiences throughout the travel partner journey. Works closely with Trade Marketing management, creative teams, sales, and external partners to develop and execute digital initiatives that support business and brand objectives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and optimize B2B digital experiences across social media, email marketing, Regent Connect, and other digital platforms on behalf of Regent Elevate, a best-in-class Trade Engagement Program that delivers elevated marketing insights, support, and revenue growth opportunities to North American travel partners.

- Develop and manage B2B social media content and community engagement, ensuring a consistent and engaging digital experience for the Trade community.

- Monitor travel partner engagement and sentiment across digital and social channels and coordinate with the sales support team to maintain customer service standards.

- Contribute to and manage a Trade digital content calendar across social media, email, and other digital marketing initiatives. Work with key internal team members to brainstorm and develop content aligned with company strategy and brand and sales initiatives.

- Develop and maintain content for Regent Connect, a co-branding digital experience platform designed to generate prospects and leads for travel partners throughout the marketing funnel.

- Support the development, deployment, and optimization of B2B email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Pardot, including email creation, content updates, basic segmentation, testing, scheduling, and performance reporting.

- Utilize general HTML coding skills to create, edit, and troubleshoot HTML-based email and digital content, ensuring proper formatting, functionality, responsiveness, and brand consistency across platforms and devices.

- Serve as a liaison between the Regent Trade Marketing team and external agencies/vendors in support of digital marketing initiatives and the development of new digital experiences.

- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to project manage marketing material requests against Regent’s annual marketing plans with Travel Agency Partners, a critical support area for Trade Marketing and Sales.

- Oversee projects and traffic each job from conception to completion, ensuring digital and creative deliverables meet established timelines, quality standards, and objectives.

- Leverage reporting and performance data to evaluate digital platform, email, and social media engagement and make informed content decisions that optimize performance and the overall travel partner experience.

- Support Management in identifying, evaluating, and executing new digital programs and technologies to enhance the Trade community experience and drive engagement and sales.

- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

DEGREE TYPE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field of study or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills, and experience.

FIELD(S) OF STUDY:

- Related field of study.
- Marketing, communications, advertising, or related field of study..

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in d igital marketing, social media, email marketing, creative services, or agency experience, preferably within a corporate or hospitality environment.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

- Strategic and creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing and the development of engaging digital experiences.
- Excellent organizational, planning, project, and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously within established deadlines and budget. Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and concise information to internal and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively in a team and project-based environment. Problem-solving skills to offer sound, efficient, and effective solutions.

- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, email marketing best practices, marketing automation, and digital content management.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Pardot for email marketing, campaign development, content management, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Basic HTML coding skills with the ability to create, edit, and troubleshoot HTML-based email and digital content.
- Knowledge of social media performance KPIs and management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Experience working with digital experience, co-branding, CRM, or marketing automation platforms is preferred.
