Role Description:

The Eberhard Manufacturing team is seeking an Assembler for our facility in Strongsville, OH. This is a 1st shift, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting productivity expectations.
- Gather and verify all materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete assembly operations.
- Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and established procedures.
- Align, fit, and assemble parts and components to create finished products and subassemblies.
- Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure proper fit and function of components.
- Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Accurately record production quantities and maintain required documentation.
- Identify defective materials or products and follow established procedures for disposition.
- Adhere to all quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Work effectively within a team-based manufacturing cell environment.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to achieving production goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and other technical documents
- Ability to use measuring instruments and inspection equipment accurately.
- Ability to set up and operate riveters, including crimp and orbital riveters.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Understanding of quality control and inspection principles.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inspection tooling and measurement techniques.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform shop-related calculations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing or team-based production setting is a plus.

Salary Description
$24.31/hr.
