Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

- Develop strategic, partner-specific integrated marketing programs across digital, print, social, custom content, experiential activations, native advertising, and data-driven marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Campaign Strategy, Content Studio, and other internal stakeholders—to create innovative programs that grow revenue, strengthen margins, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Identify proactive opportunities and develop compelling marketing concepts that help preempt traditional RFP processes and position Hearst as a strategic partner.
- Create persuasive proposals, presentations, sell sheets, and other marketing materials that clearly communicate integrated partnership opportunities.
- Partner with post-sale teams to ensure seamless transitions from proposal to execution, supporting successful program delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Leverage client, category, industry, and audience insights to inform strategy, uncover opportunities, and strengthen marketing recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and third-party partners to expand Hearst's integrated marketing capabilities and offerings.
- Serve as a strategic leader by monitoring marketplace trends, competitive activity, and industry best practices while ensuring all marketing work reflects the highest standards of creativity, brand integrity, and execution.

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

- 4+ years of experience developing integrated marketing programs, brand partnerships, or related marketing strategy experience.
- Demonstrated success developing both strategic concepts and executional marketing programs within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and resource management skills.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and presentation development abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas to senior leaders and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive for results.
- Interest in or familiarity with editorial media, youth, and wellness industries is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple Keynote.
- Ability to work in our New York City office four days per week as part of our hybrid work model.

The base salary range for this role is $101,000–$103,000. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
